About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join our Dublin-based Casualty team at Clyde & Co. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the single point of contact for Partners and Fee Earners, taking ownership of a broad range of legal support responsibilities. You will ensure the seamless completion of tasks either independently or through effective workflow management with Admin Assistants and the Document Production team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Handle basic client queries and manage client calls and messages.
* Oversee document production, ensuring formatting and accuracy.
* Support client engagement initiatives including tenders, directory interviews and training sessions.
* Maintain client data and business development activities in CRM systems (e.g., Interaction).
Administrative Support
* Open and close files, maintain compliance procedures and manage engagement letters.
* Support business development including scheduling and preparing for meetings and presentations.
* Assist in organising internal and external events and seminars.
* Manage fee earner diaries, travel arrangements, agendas and meeting logistics.
* Maintain spreadsheets and databases; support newsletter and briefing preparation.
* Coordinate incoming queries and maintain team inboxes and web enquiries.
Communication
* Serve as the key contact for allocated Partners and Fee Earners.
* Monitor emails, draft responses, and manage correspondence efficiently.
* Provide cross-team support and cover during absences.
* Take minutes and follow up on action points as required.
Document and Process Management
* Manage data rooms and matter information in line with case milestones.
* Maintain client/matter data in internal systems, raising updates where required.
* Complete online applications and relevant legal forms (e.g., Companies House, Land Registry).
* Ensure firm-wide compliance policies are followed.
Client Service
* Attend and organise team meetings and regularly communicate progress.
* Offer support across the team to maintain high service standards.
* Build trust and take initiative to assist colleagues and clients alike.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in legal secretarial work within a professional services environment.
* Confident using document and case management systems.
* An effective communicator and team player with strong client service skills.
* Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail.
* Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Confidential and professional in handling sensitive information.
* Tech-savvy, with solid knowledge of MS Office and business support tools.
