Process Engineering Leader
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing process engineering solutions for Biopharma processing.
To achieve this, they will work closely with client Process Engineers and Operations Representatives to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement process engineering strategies for Biopharma production.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize process workflows.
* Lead the development and implementation of technical standards and work processes.
* Oversee the work of System Integrator engineers and Developers.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Delta V control system design in the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years of experience in Biopharma engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
* Proven expertise in instrumentation and automation.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
