We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the field of data analysis. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for working on data projects and providing expertise in data modeling, schema design, data visualization, and analytics.\
This role involves collaborating with other team members to design and implement data models using modern data platforms. You will work closely with finance teams, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.\
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting requirements, as well as experience in developing and operationalizing analytical models.\
Required Skills and Qualifications

\
* 3+ years' experience in data modeling and schema design, preferably within Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
\
* 3+ years' hands-on experience in developing and operationalizing analytical models
\
* 3+ years' experience in data visualization in Power BI
\
* Skilled in leveraging DAX in Power BI, ensuring scalable and responsive Power BI reports across large datasets.
\
* Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting requirements.
\
* Familiarity with SAP S4, Ariba, and other finance-related data sources is a plus
\
* Degree in sciences or quantitative discipline i.e., Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences from Tier-I institute. MBA/post-graduation will be preferred.
\
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
\
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
\
* Good presentation skills
\
* Interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work, remotely, across time zones
\
* Stakeholder management skills
\
* Team player who is dynamic and result oriented
\
* Proactive and driven self-starter with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and from a mixture of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
