Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist
System Administration Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our dynamic IT team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. This is a critical role that requires in-depth expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.
1. Responsibilities include administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, as well as configuring and maintaining Intune device compliance and security policies across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
2. The successful candidate will also be responsible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix environments, automating system administration tasks through PowerShell scripting, and monitoring, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure using RMM tools.
3. A strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices is essential, along with relevant certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, and MD-102.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar System Administrator role.
* Proven expertise in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
* Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and FSLogix.
* Proficient in PowerShell for scripting and automation.
* Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices.
* Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
