Care Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Leader to fill a leadership role within our organization. As the Person in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality care consistent with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the implementation of quality care initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
* Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure national standards are met.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Arts (Ordinary) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).
* Registration with NMBI/CORU.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role within healthcare or social care.
* A valid full driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
