Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Full and part‑time roles available, Monday to Sunday (10am – 8pm). Provide care to an adult in their own home.
Minimum 2 years experience working in home care and with adults with complex care needs.
Job Location: Navan & Enfield

Qualifications & Experience Required:
Healthcare Assistants must have either obtained QQI approved Level 5 modules in Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support; or have a minimum of one year’s experience caring for others.
Role of the Care Assistant:
A Healthcare Assistant's primary purpose is to deliver personal care and assistance to a client in their own home. They are responsible for implementing the client’s care plan, performing identified care duties, and promoting client comfort, dignity and wellbeing. Essential qualities include genuine compassion for others and the ability to consistently demonstrate kindness, empathy and patience. Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport are also key.
