Cyber Security Architect Role Overview
This is a critical position in our rapidly growing cyber security practice. As a core member of the team, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in leading the delivery of security architecture and design solutions with significant leadership experience and career progression.
The role involves assisting in security architecture design reviews through the lifecycle of complex projects across various technologies and platforms for our clients' digital solutions. You will be responsible for determining security requirements, planning, implementing, and testing security systems, preparing security standards, policies, and procedures, and mentoring team members.

You will be part of an internationally connected team of specialists helping clients with their most complex cybersecurity needs and contributing towards their security posture and business resilience. The successful candidate will have a highly technical information security background, including expertise in cloud security technologies, standards, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. They will also have experience in securing cloud environments with strong network and hybrid cloud/on-prem experience.
The key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting remote teams in performing complex architecture reviews
* Liaising with security and project stakeholders
* Offering robust security posture advice
* Ensuring formal security approval of 'go live' scenarios
We are looking for a driven cyber security professional with a passion for information security and securing client infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering cyber security controls and projects in an Enterprise environment and be committed to staying up-to-date on current security threats, trends, and control solutions.
Key Qualifications
* 7 years' experience working in cyber security technical roles
* Experience with audits of compliance frameworks such as PCI, ISO, or HIPAA
* 'Big 4' or similar consultancy experience in the Irish market
