As a graduate engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe operation of systems in a busy production environment.
You will work as part of a broader team and utilize problem-solving skills employing lean techniques through a performance system.
1. Apply best practice in a busy production environment.
2. Problem solving: Work as part of a team and utilise problem-solving skills employing lean techniques through a performance system.
3. Utilities: Working with utility plants, water treatment, boilers, effluent, refrigeration, compressed air, and site service functions.
4. Data analysis: Trending and analysis of plant performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance and calibration systems.
5. Maintenance: Working closely with mechanical and electrical crafts to resolve problems relating to plant efficiencies.
6. Quality: Working in conjunction with the quality department to produce product in compliance with our HACCP program.
7. CAPITAL EXPENDITURE PROJECTS: Working on projects from design to commissioning.
8. Process engineering: Project management, design, proposal, and implementation of individual engineering-related projects.

Requirements:
* High academic record in Engineering or related discipline;
* Expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree;
* Ambition to progress successfully in a career in engineering;
