Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently hiring a Junior Purchasing Assistant on behalf of our client, an established company within the healthcare sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Kerry. This position will offer a hybrid working model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.Role:Responsible for placing stock and spare parts orders with suppliers.Setting up new suppliers on the ERP planning system.Responsible for optimising stock levels to meet customer demand.Management of new suppliers into the supply chain process.Review stock regularly to meet any changing requirements with the customer.Handling of all supplier issuesInvoice processing.Requirements:1-2 years' experience in a similar purchasing related position.Previous experience/knowledge of an ERP type planning system.Knowledge of inventory management.Experience of invoice processing.Excellent communication skillsHave the ability to use your own initiative.
