Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts, including product end-users, management, and purchasing contacts.
* Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and building rapport.
* Provide technical information and explanations to customers.
* Engage with existing customers and qualified sales leads throughout the sales cycle, from beginning to closing the sales process.
* Offer pricing information, create quotations, and provide individualized support to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
* Relevant degree or experience in the pharma sector, sales, business administration, or a similar field.
* Experience selling to DACH-market customers is highly beneficial.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a dynamic, personable approach.
