Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team, focusing primarily on the branded paper bags division, focused on developing new business, engaging prospects, and expanding relationships with our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a territory sales plan focused on new business and cross-selling opportunities within retail, food and pharmacy sectors.
Identify and generate leads through research, referrals, networking, and outbound activity including proactive use of Linkedin.
Leverage existing customer relationships to introduce complementary Ace Group products and services.
Conduct in-person visits to customer sites to assess needs, present solutions, and close business.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover further opportunities.
Record all interactions and pipeline progress within our CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and sales opportunities are maximised.
To maximise sales opportunities, the position also includes on-site calibrations, which create sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a B2B field sales or business development
Proven ability to self-generate leads and close new business.
Experience using a CRM and lead tracking tools such as Apollo.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using social media tools for professional networking and lead generation.
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
Full clean driving licence required.
Background in packaging-related sectors or selling into retail is desirable but not essential.
