Role Overview:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of front-of-house operations. You will lead shifts, motivate the team, and ensure high service standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff.
* Manage the restaurant's booking system and respond to guest enquiries and reservations both online and over the phone.
* Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen and bar teams.
* Manage floor plans, reservations, and table turns effectively.
* Uphold company standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
* Assist with stock control, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory or senior front-of-house experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and people skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A passion for delivering premium service.
* Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to work weekends and demonstrate flexibility midweek.
