Consultant Aircraft Leasing Aircraft Finance Executive Headhunter
A well-established and growing aircraft leasing platform based in Dublin is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and organisational skills to contribute to the ongoing success of a global aircraft lessor, supporting key lease, revenue, and asset tracking activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and track periodic aircraft utilisation data
* Raise monthly customer invoices and ensure timely reporting of revenue
* Input utilisation into the contract and asset management systems
* Monitor and reconcile contract balances with Accounting AR records
* Review lease agreements to forecast revenue and maintenance reserves
* Support senior management with utilisation reports and trackers
* Set up aircraft data in internal systems and manage ongoing updates
* Coordinate with lessees, external stakeholders, and internal departments
* Identify and report system issues or areas for improvement
* Participate in software testing for enhancements and fixes
* Support lease reviews and maintenance reserve invoice generation
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong analytical, organisational and numerical skills
* 2 years aircraft leasing or MRO exp
* Experience in aircraft leasing, asset finance, or aviation operations preferred
* Confident communicator with ability to liaise with international stakeholders
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Familiarity with fleet management or contract management systems a plus
