Are you an experienced in-house recruiter or talent acquisition professional looking to work within a public sector organisation? Our client, a progressive public sector body based in Dublin, is seeking an In-House Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple grades and disciplines.
This is a 36 month contract with possibility of extension.
In-House Recruiter (Public Sector, Dublin) | 36 Month Contract I TEMPORARY Location: Dublin (hybrid working available) Salary:€39,491 pa pro rata Contract - Temporary:36 month fixed-term contract, possible extension Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across multiple roles Draft and manage job advertisements in line with public sector and organisational guidelines Screen applications, manage shortlisting and coordinate interview processes Support interview panels and ensure fair, consistent selection practices Liaise with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on workforce planning and timelines Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with governance requirements Essential Requirements Relevant 3rd level qualification (minimum NFQ Level 7) Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or internal talent acquisition specialist Strong understanding of recruitment processes, selection methodologies and best practice Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a deadline-driven environment Previous public sector or semi-state recruitment experience is an advantage.
