Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, testing and commissioning of complex electro-mechanical systems.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for leading installations at customer sites across Europe, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
* A key aspect of this role is preventative maintenance (PPM) and rapid reactive breakdown support. The engineer must be able to diagnose and rectify complex faults involving electrical circuits, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics and precision mechanical components.
* This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will provide expert technical training to client maintenance teams and operators.
Candidate Requirements
* To succeed in this role you should hold a trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience in a field service/commissioning/maintenance environment specifically with complex industrial machinery would be advantageous.
