You will drive revenue growth by encouraging the adoption of products and best practices, while building long-term, trusted relationships with advertisers.You will evolve in a cutting-edge technological environment that values employee well-being and professional development.Your Responsibilities :Manage a portfolio of English- and Spanish-speaking clients and ensure regular follow-up of their digital campaigns.Propose tailored strategies and solutions to maximize campaign performance and drive client growth.Leverage customer and end-user data insights to improve advertising strategies.Train clients on advertising best practices and promote the use of key products and features.Maintain close, trust-based relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Identify growth opportunities and market trends to optimize account performance.Your Profile :3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in digital advertising or media buying.Excellent command of major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.) and key performance indicators (CPA, CPI, CPM, CTR, ROAS).Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.Comfortable producing reports, monitoring KPIs, delivering regular presentations, and simplifying complex data.Analytical, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously.Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Strong ability to manage priorities, time, and pressure in order to meet deadlines.Why Apply?Highly attractive compensation package (fixed salary + commissions + benefits).International, dynamic, and multicultural working environment.Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital advertising campaigns.Access to cutting-edge technologies and genuine career development opportunities.Compensation & Benefits :Fixed salary: €50,000 – €60,000 gross/year, depending on experience.Commissions: €1,000 – €1,500 net/month, based on performance.Annual mental and physical well-being budget: approximately €1,000 – €1,500 gross/year (private classes, coaching, fitness, sports, etc.).Reimbursement of transportation costs.Relocation Package (if applicable) :€5,800 gross (transport + housing assistance) + temporary accommodation provided.If housing is secured independently: additional €3,000 gross .If relocating with partner/family: package of up to €12,000 gross .Are you interested in this great opportunity?
