Since foundation in 2005, PEL has become recognised as leading innovator in waste reduction bringing many novel solutions to the market including the patented 'Jaws' bottle crusher range.PEL Waste Reduction Equipment are currently recruiting a Marketing Administrator to support the continued expansion of the company.The Marketing Administrator will be based in our Ballindine, Co. Mayo office. Duties of the position and the competencies required are:DutiesDevelop and implement the PEL marketing strategy to support overall business goals.Design and create website content that is relevant to a global customer base while building brand awareness.Develop and deliver content and social media plans, including identifying and tracking key performance and success metrics.Take a creative and dynamic approach to social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Produce marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters and promotional materials.Work closely with global customers and distributors to support and fulfil their marketing requirements.Collaborate with the PEL team on the preparation, coordination and submission of tender documents, compiling all required supporting materials.Assist in the organisation of trade shows and exhibitions, including post-event follow-up activities.Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics and SEO performance.Use Creative tools as required for marketing and design tasks.Maintain a strong level of technical knowledge of PEL products and services.Ensure brand consistency across all channels and develop a deep understanding of customer, competitor, marketing and media landscapes.Core Competencies and RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be naturally curious, with a strong interest in both online and offline marketing.
