Working alongside the CEO, this standalone role offers variety in remit and unrivaled access to commercial decision making in order to successfully scale the business.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for end to end finance functionManagement and development of all statutory operational and financial KPIsAttendance and presentation of financial information to CEO and BoardOverseeing treasury, cash & debtor managementProviding strategic input into the future direction of the business and developing a growth plan to reflect these ambitionsManaging external relationships (investors, insurers, auditors, legal and taxation)Lead on budgeting, planning and forecasting processesRequirementsQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant PQE at a senior level (FM/FC/FD/HoF/CFO or equivalent)Demonstrated history of growing a business commercially in a private equity environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written) with ability to negotiate and influence at a senior levelEnjoys a hands-on role where you are involved in many elements associated with joining a growing businessThrives in a dynamic and fast paced environmentDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
