You will support your Team by example through your passion and commitment for the role.The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:• Provide daily coaching and development for the team of Sales Representatives nationwide• Support and lead the Team in the CSM's absence• Achieve and exceed team sales targets and related KPIs• Continuous reporting of field intelligence to ensure sales opportunities are identified and grasped• Ensure the Team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations• Establish communication with Sales Representatives on a daily basis to ensure effective working patterns and planningFunctional Responsibilities:• Provide ongoing industry insight• Maintain knowledge on all client services and activities and ensure the team are fully up to date on these• Represent CPM and the client in a consistently professional manner• Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as required• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager___________________________________________________________________________________Required Experience & Competencies:Qualifications:· Strong experience in a field sales role and/or residential sectors· Experience managing and/or coaching a field sales team· Competent IT Skills.
