You will demonstrate initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a sales-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.The focus of this role is to support our client by developing a Sales team which delivers exceptional sales levels through best in class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting. As a Team Leader on behalf of our client you will live the CPM DNA of We Care, We're Curious, We Achieve Together, We're People People. You will support your Team by example through your passion and commitment for the role.The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:• Provide daily coaching and development for the team of Sales Representatives nationwide• Support and lead the Team in the CSM's absence• Achieve and exceed team sales targets and related KPIs• Continuous reporting of field intelligence to ensure sales opportunities are identified and grasped• Ensure the Team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations• Establish communication with Sales Representatives on a daily basis to ensure effective working patterns and planningFunctional Responsibilities:• Provide ongoing industry insight• Maintain knowledge on all client services and activities and ensure the team are fully up to date on these• Represent CPM and the client in a consistently professional manner• Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as required• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager___________________________________________________________________________________Required Experience & Competencies:Qualifications:· Strong experience in a field sales role and/or residential sectors· Experience managing and/or coaching a field sales team· Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and OutlookEssential:· Exceptional track record of high quality sales delivery in a field environment· Confident communicator across all media types; able to motivate and influence others· Excellent time management to effectively balance the requirement to deliver personal KPIs while supporting the wider team· Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly· Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance· Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and client· Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic· Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities· Full driving licenceDesirable:· F2F sales experience within the telecoms sector· Understanding of the client's structure and wider telecoms market· Experience with journey planning and territory managementCommunication Skills:· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive relationships· Ability to inspire potential customers and colleagues alike with passion for your role· Create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues, reading body language and responding appropriately___________________________________________________________________________________Package/ Benefits• Competitive basic salary• Vehicle or allowance• Uncapped commission structure• Fuel card• Laptop, tablet and mobile phone• Flexible working hours with a high level of autonomy to manage own time• Employee benefits including company pension, study leave, parental leave and more• Career development and progression (82% of our Managers are recruited from within)___________________________________________________________________________________Measures of Success· % team sales volume target achievement monthly· % team accuracy of data capture and sales entry submission· Delivery of KPIs on sales quality, donation rate and compliance· On time reporting of activity, sales and planning for personal and team activity as required· Identify and implement one new or improved way of working each quarter which will add value to the client and/or improve CPM ways of working
