Senior Search Consultant at Connexus Recruit
Connexus are partnering with a global creative agency as they look to hire a Social Media Lead on an initial 12 month maternity contract in Dublin.
This is a hands-on role that blends day-to-day content delivery with light-touch leadership and coordination of junior team members.
You’ll work across several client accounts, taking responsibility for scheduling posts, writing copy, managing approvals, and supporting campaign rollouts. You’ll also help guide and support the wider team, ensuring timelines are met and content is delivered to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
* 4+ years of agency or in-house experience in a social content or strategy role.
* 1+ years team/people management experience
* Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple projects
* Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Asana, and Google Workspace
* Comfortable guiding junior team members and maintaining delivery standards
* A calm, organised communicator who can keep things moving
Bonus points if you’ve worked on video-first campaigns, influencer partnerships or performance reporting.
