We are a family owned business and have serviced the construction & agricultural sectors for over 45 years from our quarry in Ardfert.
Job Title: Maintenance Fitter
We are currently recruiting for a full time Fitter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and service of fixed and mobile plant machinery in the quarry.
Role:
· Perform routine maintenance and inspections on concrete and quarry equipment.
· Diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
· Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
· Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
· Follow all site safety protocols.
· Collaborate with other team members to minimise downtime.
Candidate:
· Proven experience as a fitter or mechanic in a similar industry.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
· Ability to read technical manuals.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills.
· Strongly aware of good Health & Safety practices.
