The successful candidate will hold a critical leadership role ensuring full compliance, accuracy, and integrity across all financial activities.As the Head of Finance at BCMGlobal ASI Limited, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations in Ireland. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organisational goals.What you’ll bringOversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, treasury, and tax.Present monthly management accounts to the Board and Group Finance, providing analysis and insights into performance and key variances.Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Analyse financial data and trends to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and business planning.Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those mandated by the Central Bank of Ireland.Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.Collaborate with the executive team and departmental leads to align financial strategy with organisational goals and priorities.Work closely with the Director of People & Culture to ensure financial planning supports workforce planning initiatives, cultural development, and performance optimisation.Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team, assessing financial risks and evaluating investment opportunities.Oversee procurement, expense control, and investment management to ensure value for money and responsible resource allocation.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.Support and drive strategic initiatives that underpin business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.Experience and RequirementsQualifications & Experience:Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in financial roles, with 3+ years at a senior level.Prior experience with Business Partnering is essential.Strong communication ability with non-financial colleagues.Prior Pricing experience is preferable.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Proficiency in Data Analytics is beneficial.Strong understanding of Irish and EU financial regulatory environments.What we offerA competitive benefits package, including:Employer-matched contributions to our corporate pension plan (up to a specified level)A healthcare allowance to support your wellbeingA hybrid working model, offering flexibility between home and office25 days of annual leave, plus 1 dedicated wellbeing day each yearA values-driven culture built on Integrity, Partnership, and Excellence***We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
