5. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their requirements.

6. Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.

Sales Target Achievement:

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.

* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.

Negotiation & Closing:

* Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options with customers to close sales.

* Earn sure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Market Knowledge:

* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, vehicle models, and competitor offerings.

* Continuously expand your knowledge of the dealership's inventory and promotions.

Customer Relationship Management:

* Provide post-sale support to customers and ensure a smooth handover of the vehicle.

* Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport for future sales opportunities.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

* Collaborate with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.

Qualifications:

* Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a customer-facing role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products.
