Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales, promoting and selling our innovative energy products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rates.
* Promote and sell our energy products and services.
* Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.


Requirements:

* You will need to be self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about sales.

* An outgoing personality, ability to communicate clearly and concisely.


What We Offer:

* A basic salary starting from €30,000 - €45,000.
