Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Strategy Expert to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth for all hotel room types and related services.
1. Create and execute pricing plans to maximise revenue across various channels.
2. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and business intelligence to inform pricing decisions.
3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotions, packages, and offers that boost occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
4. Predict demand, revenue, and occupancy patterns to help set performance targets and financial goals.
5. Monitor room availability and adjust inventory distribution across all sales channels.
6. Work closely with the front office team to ensure room allocations align with revenue optimisation objectives.
7. Oversee overbooking strategies to balance occupancy and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or similar roles in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in revenue management systems and knowledge of booking systems and online travel agencies.
