About this Role: This leadership position plays a pivotal part in developing and implementing an enterprise-wide IT transformation strategy, overseeing the day-to-day service operating model of the IT department, and ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services to support business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly supporting the organization's digital transformation agenda, this executive will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, maintaining infrastructure services & 3rd party vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and enabling a service/vendor management strategy that can support existing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
