The successful candidate will be part of the wider mobile team operating out of our Shannon office, servicing our clients in the Shannon/Clare Region. The successful candidate will report into the Facilities Manager and will have a great opportunity to shape the future of our FM services in the mid-west of Ireland across several interesting business sectors.

Role Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems including boilers.
* Perform plumbing installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.
* Fault finding & repair on plumbing systems.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
* Provide detailed reports on works carried out.
* Communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.
* Coordinate subcontractors when required.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified plumber
* Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
* Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
* Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
* Experience with welding is a plus
* Valid driver's license
Role Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience
* Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert
* Experienced in general plumbing maintenance
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team.
* Ability to manage and prioritize workload
