Building Surveyor Role

A leading provider of energy solutions seeks a Building Surveyor to join their team in Cork. As part of the project management team, you will carry out surveys and technical assessments of domestic properties to ensure compliance with building regulations.



Key Responsibilities



* Conduct site inspections for flaws and defects.

* Gather and review data ahead of energy audits.

* Carry out feasibility studies using precise measurements.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role, along with strong knowledge of current building regulations. They should be able to perform accurate technical calculations, communicate effectively with clients and contractors, and work independently as well as part of a team. Good IT skills are essential for this role.,
