Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients/residents, focusing on their dignity and well-being.
* Assist with mobility, nutrition, hygiene, and daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
* Record and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff, promoting timely interventions and improved outcomes.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, fostering a sense of community and respect.
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support modules completed (e.g., Care Skills and Care of the Older Person).
* At least 6 months of recent experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Right to work in Ireland (Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, EU/EEA citizenship, etc.).
* Garda Vetting and references will be required.
