Our manufacturing client is hiring a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis in Kerry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees.
2. Prepare payroll and related management reports as required.
3. Maintain and update records in Payroll and Time Management systems.
4. Ensure full compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation.
5. Provide support to the accounts department, including data entry, purchase order processing.
6. Carry out general office administration; reception/telephone duties, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
7. Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems.
8. IPASS qualification
9. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
10. Proactive work ethic with the ability to identify and implement solutions effectively
