BAYADA Home Health Care are currently building a panel of Registered Nurses (RCN, RGN, RNID) in Cork and surrounding counties to support the delivery of one-to-one care for children with complex needs in their homes.
Community nursing with BAYADA offers the opportunity to focus on quality, patient-centred care, building meaningful relationships with clients and families while working with the support of a dedicated clinical team.
This role is ideal for nurses seeking greater flexibility, autonomy and a move away from busy hospital environments while continuing to deliver high standards of clinical care.

Requirements
RCN, RGN or RNID qualified
Registered with NMBI
Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
Experience in paediatric or complex care
A passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care
