* Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 8 years
* Proven experience managing functional areas and service lines of a plc, MNC or large corporate
* Currently working in a leadership role in financial analysis, planning, or business partnering
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence and negotiate with executive level management
* Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
* Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, building strong working partnerships
Role and Reporting Lines
The role will report to the senior leadership team and have the following responsibilities:
* Provide strategic financial leadership and analysis to large-scale business units
* Partner with senior leaders to shape business strategies and ensure financial alignment
* Deliver key financial reports and presentations to executive management
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team within the Business Partnering group
* Offer commercial insights to anticipate operational needs and drive decision-making
* Manage complex business units with multiple service lines and departments
* Contribute to global and regional business strategies, impacting overall success
* Ensure exemplary people management and leadership within the finance function
