About You The ideal candidate will bring: ACA/ACCA qualification with senior practice experience at Director or Senior Manager level in a Top 20 firm.
Proven ability to lead teams while managing multiple client assignments.
Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trusted client relationships.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and proven leadership capability.
