As a Graduate Intrinsic Reliability Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of experts to develop innovative solutions for semiconductor devices and circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct reliability testing of semiconductor devices using industry-standard methods and develop new stress tests and techniques.
* Develop statistical lifetime models to evaluate technology robustness.
* Collaborate with failure analysis and process/product development teams to localize failures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Physics/Material Science or related field.
* Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and reliability engineering.
* Experience of semiconductor manufacturing techniques is beneficial.
* Experience with Python/JMP for modeling of lifetime data is beneficial.
