The role
As a floor manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
You will view your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships. Your role involves ensuring outstanding in-store and online service, providing leadership and support to stylist team members, and responding to customer inquiries via our online system.
The role requires excellent organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to maintain a consistently excellent customer experience and represent the AllSaints brand compellingly.
Leadership of the stylist team will be a key part of your responsibilities, including coaching and motivating team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
What will I be doing?
* Managing daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer experiences.
* Leading and supporting stylist team members in handling customer queries via email, chat, and calls related to products and orders.
* Collaborating with the customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
* Being an ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
* Showcasing products effectively, following guidelines, and highlighting bestsellers to enhance the brand experience.
* Overseeing store operations and team deployment, supporting your team with coaching and development.
* Working with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
* Managing people matters such as return-to-work interviews, performance reviews, and investigations.
* Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set the store up for success each day.

About the location
Our standalone store in Powerscourt, Dublin, has been open since 2005. It operates from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (seasonally adjusted). The historic Powerscourt building is a notable landmark, and our team enjoys a close-knit environment. The store is about a 25-minute journey from Dublin Grafton Street.
