 
        
        Godwin Consult is a leading property development and investment firm with a national portfolio. We're seeking a Finance & Office Administrator to support our Cork-based project management team.
We're looking for an organised, proactive professional who enjoys multi-tasking, working with people, and supporting both management and clients. This role is a great fit for someone with solid administration and financial support experience, ideally gained in the property, construction, or professional services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
 * Oversee daily office admin, scheduling, and documentation.
 * Support invoicing, budgeting, and cashflow reporting.
 * Prepare payment schedules, fee reports, and drawdowns.
 * Produce regular reports and handle client queries.
Requirements
 * 3+ years' admin and finance support experience.
 * Strong Excel and Word skills.
 * Excellent organisation and communication.
 * Experience in property, construction, or professional services desirable.
 * Knowledge of AccountsIQ (or similar) a plus.
