In a nutshell
As a Product Owner, you will support and manage a large application portfolio serving our global business and customers.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
Based in Dublin, Ireland; you will join one of our globally distributed ERP Programs that endeavours to develop all of its software applications in-house to service and support its numerous laboratories and operations. With a strong offshore development team, and a growing nearshore business analysis team, you will have the right support to manage a large application portfolio serving our global business and customers.
How can you help us?
You will:
1. Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog;
2. Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams;
3. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy;
4. Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals;
5. Lead product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities within an international ERP program;
6. Share knowledge and answer questions to all ERP stakeholders as a product ambassador.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a product owner with requirements analysis, planning, and customer-facing roles;
* Strong experience in IT business analysis as a Product Owner;
* Experience with Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile (SAFe), ATDD, UML, BPMN, and defining marketing strategies;
* Proficiency with project management tools and technology;
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Services;
* Deep understanding of agile project management methodologies;
* Knowledge of business value assessment related to features and functions;
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to report KPIs to program and business leaders;
* Skill in managing conflicting stakeholder needs;
* Experience in survey delivery and feedback response;
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
You are:
* A strong communicator capable of influencing multiple stakeholders;
* Proactive in identifying issues, escalating, and proposing solutions while capturing relevant details;
* Target-oriented and professional;
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
What else should I know?
The following skills are an advantage:
* Experience in Healthcare IT is desirable but not essential;
* Fluency in French;
* Proficiency with project management tools;
* PMP or related certifications.
