Job Title: Solutions ConsultantLocation: Dublin | Hybrid(3 days/week)Contract: 12 MonthsWe're looking for aSolutions Consultantto join our team and support solution strategy, development, and execution across the full user/partner/client lifecycle. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, guide solution implementation, and help shape the future of our product and delivery frameworks.What You'll DoLead project planning activities, including timelines, documentation, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.Proactively identify roadblocks and recommend next steps to keep delivery on track.Contribute to creating and updating repeatable solution content—best practices, tutorials, documentation, and more.Partner with cross-functional teams to define long-term solution strategies and influence product direction.Execute technical and non-technical solutions aligned with user/partner/client objectives.Identify patterns in solution challenges and collaborate with engineering and product teams to reduce risk.Support solution design sessions, architecture discussions, and feature scoping.Provide insights to partners and participate in business reviews to support technology adoption.Analyse feedback and data to surface product gaps, quantify impact, and contribute to developing improved solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices and ecosystem understanding.What You BringStrong foundation in operations management, stakeholder management, opportunity planning, and consultative conversations .Proven experience in project management, problem-solving, and applying systems thinking .Solid technical acumen with exposure to product deployment, systems integration, or similar areas.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, navigate ambiguity, and influence decisions.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and documentation skills.
