Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Bakery Assistant to fill this key role.
* Monitoring ingredient quality and freshness is crucial in maintaining product standards
* Accurate measurement and weighing of wet and dry ingredients are essential for optimal results
* Following recipes and dough preparation procedures including rising, resting and shaping are vital
* Operating mixers and other bakery equipment efficiently and safely is required
* Baking a range of products to company specifications requires attention to detail
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times is paramount
Key requirements include at least one year's baking experience with manual handling certificate desirable but not essential.
