Job Title: Site Manager Drogheda
A large-scale residential development is currently underway in Drogheda, and we are seeking an experienced Site Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle from site mobilisation to completion. This includes ensuring that all works are delivered safely on time within budget and to a high quality standard.
About this Job: The role involves managing teams of personnel, coordinating logistics, planning resource allocation & scheduling for timely delivery.
* Gather resources and equipment necessary for construction projects.
* Analyse data regarding weather forecasts environmental conditions financial factors etc., before taking key decisions during execution stages.
