As we continue to expand our team and operations, we're seeking an organised, proactive Office Administrator/Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities and provide essential administrative support across the organisation.

Role Overview

The Office Administrator/Manager will play a central role in managing the administrative, financial, marketing and operational tasks that keep Tranzaura running efficiently. You will support leadership, coordinate internal processes, and act as a key point of contact for staff, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and supporting a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Operations Management

* Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment setup, accounts access, documentation, etc.).
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events.
* Maintain company policies, office procedures, and health & safety compliance.

Finance & Administration

* Assist in managing contracts, supplier renewals, and service agreements.
* Track and manage company subscriptions, renewals, and operational costs.

Marketing & Events

* Manage and maintain company data within our CRM and marketing systems
* Handle inbound website enquiries and ensure accurate data management
* Plan and coordinate online and in-person events
* Coordinate internal marketing activities and team meetings
* Oversee production of printed materials and branded merchandise
* Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships and invoicing for marketing initiatives

HR & People Support

* Maintain accurate HR and personnel records.
* Support recruitment coordination (posting roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates).
* Assist with internal communications, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Executive & Leadership Support

* Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, reporting, and documentation.
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
* Help coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain company documentation.

Compliance & Governance

* Ensure company files, NDAs, insurance, and data protection documentation are up to date.
* Support GDPR compliance through accurate record-keeping and process adherence.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

* 3+ years' experience in office management, administration, or business support roles.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Proficient with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and general business software tools.
* Discreet and trustworthy, with experience handling confidential information.

Desirable:

* Experience in a SaaS or technology business.
* Familiarity with finance systems and HR software.
* Process-oriented mindset with a passion for improving efficiency.
