Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic customer relations professional to handle inquiries, book service appointments and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers wishing to book service or repair work
* Utilize the booking system to determine workshop availability
* Liaise with our service advisors regarding specific job information and other queries
* Follow up with customers after they have taken delivery of their vehicle to discuss their level of satisfaction
This role involves interacting with customers via phone, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and IT skills, experience with relevant software and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
