Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a pensions and payments expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, handling queries related to pension payments, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on pension payments, payment methods, and international transactions.
* Process changes to customer data, addresses, and payment preferences in a timely manner.
* Assist customers with Western Union and cheque payments, and resolve any issues related to these transactions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the finance or banking sector.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to think independently, and follow through effectively.
* Ability to apply logical problem-solving approach to resolving customer problems and enquiries.
