The hotel seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to planning and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
* Monitor all digital channels, ensuring seamless user experiences, and implementing design updates as needed.
* Oversee the hotel's social media presence, creating engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, while fostering community engagement through comments and direct messages.
* Develop and maintain digital marketing and editorial calendars in collaboration with department heads to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Track and analyze key metrics using Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools to inform future marketing decisions.
* Promote the hotel as a wedding venue through targeted online advertising on wedding portals and review sites.
* Respond promptly to social media communities and customer inquiries via email and direct messages.
* Contribute to e-letters and email campaigns by crafting compelling subject lines and body copy.
* Partner with individual departments to develop and capture new content, including video, imagery, and copywriting for online use.
* Deliver monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
