Director of Nursing Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and management of the nursing team.
* Evaluate and improve clinical quality and efficiency in line with HIQA regulations and best practices.
* Select, train, develop, and motivate high-performing nursing staff.
* Budget effectively to optimize patient services while maintaining high-quality care.
Skill Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HIQA standards, exceptional leadership skills including communication & decision-making abilities along with 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse (NMBI).
