Inside Sales Executive
. This is a hybrid role based in
Naas, Co. Kildare

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships and generating new business through proactive outreach. This role would suit someone with a proven track record in
inside sales or business development
, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with new and existing customers to promote a wide range of medical products and solutions
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, email campaigns, and CRM follow-ups
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, private practices, etc.)
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up
* Collaborate with external sales teams and internal departments to meet customer needs
* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience
in an Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development role
* Experience in the
medical, healthcare, or B2B sales
sector is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
