We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have native level fluency in Spanish and English, a proven track record of successfully acquiring new business, and a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities:
* Engage with prospects to understand their unique business goals, challenges, and needs, providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the small and medium-sized business segment.
* Lead high-volume outreach efforts through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our offerings.
* Manage a comprehensive sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solution engineering, and customer success, to enhance client engagements and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a closing sales role or sales development role, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets, specifically within the small and medium-sized business segment.
* Native level fluency in Spanish and English (read, write & speak).
* Demonstrated passion for hunting and acquiring new business, with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
