Job Description:
The role of Contact Centre Coordinator involves overseeing the daily activities and performance of a team, ensuring that targets are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to agents with queries, escalating customer issues, and optimizing task allocation to enhance productivity.
They will work closely with the Data Management team to ensure the smooth operation of Stop Sales placements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the team meets their daily targets
* Provide assistance to agents with queries
* Escalate customer issues in a timely manner
* Allocate tasks efficiently among the team to maximize productivity
* Monitor and report agent productivity issues to the Team Manager
