We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Trainer to join our team.
This role is ideal for a qualified trainer who loves working with people, can adapt to different client needs, and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment.
You'll coach small group PT sessions, assist with programming, and help members feel confident and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training sessions for small groups and individuals.
Support specialised classes (e.g., over 60s, strength training, general fitness).
Provide guidance on correct form, technique, and safe training practices.
Build positive relationships with members to encourage progress and retention.
Contribute to the welcoming and supportive community culture at Irish Fit Coach.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and motivating training environment.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance member experience.
Requirements
Qualified fitness professional (EQF Level 3 or equivalent minimum).
Previous experience delivering group and/or 1:1 training.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented.
Ability to adapt sessions to different age groups and fitness levels.
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
