Job Title: Medical Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill the role of Medical Office Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
* Administrative tasks as directed by the management team
* Plan and organize work to meet established objectives and deadlines
* Maintain and update compliance with mandatory training
* Prepare medical charts for outpatient clinics
* Manage waiting lists and appointments
* Perform filing of clinical documentation
* Monitor departmental risks and escalate to the management team
* Participate in cover provision during planned/unplanned absences
* Attend interdepartmental meetings
* General administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
* Professional qualifications or equivalent experience
* Eligible applicants must have a minimum of grade D (or pass) in five subjects from the approved list of subjects in the Leaving Certificate Examination
* Candidates must possess a high standard of suitability for proper discharge of the office based on skills, competencies, and knowledge for the post
